Asas hukum adalah konsep dasar yang menjadi landasan moral dan filosofis dalam hukum, seperti asas legalitas dan keadilan. Prinsip hukum berperan sebagai kaidah dasar yang memandu penafsiran hukum, sedangkan norma hukum adalah aturan konkret yang mengatur perilaku masyarakat.
